1. What is themadebox?

Themadebox is a quarterly subscription box to fuel your professional learning and growth created by M.A.D.E. To Lead (The M.A.D.E. Company LLC. The signature element of themadebox is that curation centers around the Courageous Personal Leadership model. The Courageous Personal Leadership model consists of Four Principles: Manage your internal environment, Ask for what you need, Decide to take risks, and Embody your personal mission, vision, and values. Every quarter, our team sends you a curated box based on one of The Four Principles of Courageous Personal Leadership. Each box includes leadership development books, distinctive theme-based gifts, online leadership skill builder videos, and your first subscription box includes a voucher for a 30-minute leadership coaching call. 



2. Who is themadebox for?

themadebox is for anyone who is looking to grow their leadership capacity and learn new skills.
 

 

3. What is included?

 themadebox is much more than a subscription box, it is a unique leadership development experience. Every box includes books, theme-based gifts, access to online leadership skill builder videos, and your first subscription box includes a voucher for a 30-minute leadership coaching call. And, from time to time, we offer bonus coaching calls to our subscribers.



4. How does it work?

The M.A.D.E. To Lead Team does the heavy lifting of finding the best leadership and personal development books, theme-based gifts to bring the leadership lessons to life, and creating online videos for you. Every quarter, our team delivers a burst of leadership development to your doorstep or office.


 

5. Since the boxes are based on The Four Principles of Courageous Personal Leadership, do I have to subscribe at a certain time to receive the boxes in order?

Definitely not! Each principle is a stand alone principle and you can begin your subscription during any quarter. The Four Principles are cycled through each year: Manage Your Internal Environment (July), Ask For What You Need (October), Decide To Take Risks (January), and Embody Your Personal Mission, Vision, and Values (April).


 

6. How do I access my online content?

To get online content from themadebox create an account here. New content is posted throughout each quarter.


 

7. How do I schedule my coaching call?

If you have purchased a subscription, detailed instructions will be emailed to you on how to schedule your 30-minute coaching call.


 

8. When will I get my box?

Themadebox is a quarterly box that ships during the last week of July, October, January, and April. Make sure you order by the 15th of the current ship month to guarantee that quarter’s box.


 

9. What is your shipping policy?

We ship during the last week of July, October, January, and April. Shipping is included in the price of themadebox. Please note that themadebox is not responsible for any lost or stolen boxes due to incorrect address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a box is returned to us because of an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $13.95 will be charged to reship the package.


 

10. What is your refund policy?

Once your box has shipped, we are unable to issue refunds. We are happy to exchange or return broken or defected items, which we will exchange for the same item if still available. We do require proof of damages, which you may send to info@themadecompany.com within 7 days of you receiving your box. 

 

11. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.


 

 12. What if my box is lost or stolen?

Please make all claims for lost or stolen boxes through the USPS official website. 

 

13. When does my subscription auto-renew?

Your subscription renews on the 15th of the month given your chosen billing cycle (quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly). For example, if you signed up on July 1st, your first bill would come on July 15th. If you signed up for a three-month price plan, you will be auto-renewed every three months on the 15th of that third month. 

 

 

14. What is your cancellation policy?
Each individual case is different, and is based on what you have chosen in your price plan. If you have specific questions about how to cancel your subscription, please contact us.
